Hand-built in 1973, the expansive log structure is filled with a mix of 70s era furniture and timeless cabin touches. Walk to Cooper Lake (0.8 miles away) or simply enjoy your own stream and pond. The heart of Woodstock is 3 miles away with markets, music venues, and multiple restaurants with nightly entertainment. Pets Welcome!

The well appointed rustic home includes:

A legendary Land Rover finds new life as a roaming time-capsule bar, channeling the year of its origin: 1973

This Series III Land Rover, which once belonged to Bearsville Theater founder and legendary music manager Albert Grossman, is now a companion to the Bearsville 1973 Cabin, and a nod to the Catskills’ long history as a place of creative refuge and artistic priority.

The drive-ready and fully operational ‘73 Land Rover is built to traverse gullies and creeks and can be found in various landscapes around the Catskills.

Hand dipped and twisted beeswax candles made in Bearsville, a hamlet of Woodstock, NY.

Made the old way, we hand dip each candle in local beeswax and twist the spindly tapers together to make organic forms.
